With respect for the olive fruit and aiming to produce top quality olive oil, the Amfipolis Olive Oil Mill proceeded in 2024 with a radical and comprehensive renovation.

Investing in the future of olive production, we completely upgraded our infrastructure, creating a model processing center that combines years of expertise with cutting-edge technology.

A complete reconstruction of our premises was carried out, ensuring the strictest standards of hygiene, safety and controlled storage conditions.

A fully automated production line was installed, designed to handle the fruit with the utmost care.

  • Our process begins with the innovative Instatherm system, which allows for instant and precise regulation of the olive paste temperature. In this way, we ensure constant cold pressing, protecting the aromas and nutrients of the fruit from the very beginning.
  • Decanter FLOTTWEG C53-4 / ADVANTAGE (2-Phase): Our new horizontal centrifuge, of top German technology, operates in a 2-phase system. It ensures zero loss of olive oil in the kernel, offering the producer the maximum possible yield, while at the same time requiring minimal water addition, preserving the polyphenols to the fullest.
  • FLOTTWEG AC 1700-430 FO Oil Separator: Our closed-type separator is the latest in technology. It ensures zero residues in the olive oil, protecting it from oxidation and preserving its organoleptic characteristics and shine.
