Start of harvest season

We are in the beginning of the olive harvest and olive oil production has already begun at our facilities in Amphipolis, Serres. At this early stage, the protagonist of the production process is of course the unique green olive oil with its bright green color, which is due to the chlorophylls of the still unripe olive fruit, which give our green olive oil significant antioxidant properties.

The production of olive oil, which begins every year in the autumn months at our company's production unit, is certified with a ISO 22000 food management system. It is also organically certified as a process, which makes us the only company in all of Northern Greece that produces high quality organic olive oil.

The guarantee we provide, as well as the state-of-the-art machinery we have at our facilities in Amphipolis, have resulted in numerous olive producers from all over Macedonia choosing us every year to produce olive oil.
